My concern about this review is that readers might think it’s a fake. It is not. My wife and I contacted Danny from the previous N2N booklet after our utility company alerted us to the probability of a serious water leak between the street and our home. The water meter was flying 24/7. Danny investigated and determined there was a leak, and that the old line would need to be eliminated and a new line to the house would need to be created. My wife spent months on the front landscaping and was very concerned about the need to dig trenches through her beautiful efforts. Danny came up with an alternative route which saved 99% of the plants. And then he and his co-worker spent 2-3 days accomplishing what needed to be done. That included dealing with serious roots from a tree. We then discovered another leak under our decking in the backyard. Destroying our travertine tile was not an option; so, once again, the main water lines needed to be replaced and rerouted to save our patio decking. Both situations were probably caused by pressure on old pipes by an earthquake. Danny and his coworker worked diligently to complete the job while being sensitive to the landscaping in the backyard. Danny's prices were fair and well stated. His knowledge, experience, creativity, humanity, sensitivity, good will and humor are treasured attributes in anyone coming to my home. He’s the real deal; if nothing else, have him come to give you a quote for whatever issue you may have. And please tell him Jeff and Sherie say hi.

I’m a property manager and have known Danny for about ten years. He takes care of the plumbing for all of our tenants and is our personal plumber as well.
