I found Otto through an interior designer. I've known him for about 30 years now. He has covered just about every single piece of furniture in my house and in my studio.
The quality of his work is perfection. He is so creative. He is always on budget and never changes the price. His prices are very fair—he tends to cost a little less than others.
I am very particular, and sometimes I might need a little adjustment to a project Otto has been working on. He is always accommodating and lovely. He is very good about communicating throughout the project and sends photos of his progress. He will check in if there's something he isn't sure about.
I’ve recommended Otto to everyone.

Years and years ago, I went to a furniture shop. I saw a beautiful chair and asked who had done the upholstering, because it was so well done. The man in the shop gave me Otto's number. I decided to give him a try and I have not been sorry ever since. Every single piece of work he has done for me is exceptional. He is a craftsmen, and he loves fabric.
We have a good relationship. He is so kind and understanding. When he tells you something is going to be done by a certain day you can count on it. The people in the shop are fabulous, too. I am an extremely picky person. I recently had him reupholster my sofa. When you lift up the cushions, the design is perfectly aligned underneath. His work is immaculate.
With Otto, you don’t have to have a huge budget. His work is very reasonably priced. A friend of mine had just gone through a divorce, and she was struggling financially. She needed some furniture, so we found an inexpensive chair at the thrift store and bought some fabrics. We hired Otto to upholster the chair. The way he placed the fabric is to die for. He did such a beautiful job. She felt so special. The work that he does is quality. You can bring anything in, and it will look perfect when you leave.
No matter what, Otto takes the time to produce something amazing. His work is very well done, and it makes you feel good.
