Ever was an invaluable asset when I was flipping a lot of properties. We had great success, and his expertise was a big part of that. While plumbing is probably his specialty, he’s also excellent with framing and electrical work. He’s innovative, often creating his own tools to get the job done. He’s a very smart guy.

I met Ever three years ago through a friend. He did a kitchen remodel at my house. I was very pleased with the work that he performed. He’s a very straightforward guy. If he tells you he’s going to do something, that’s exactly what he does. I’ve had experiences with other contractors that make all these promises and at the end you’re left with work you would’ve preferred to have given to someone else.
Everything on his end was done on time. He always answered phone calls and emails. I got bids from other companies. I had other contractor friends give me quotes. His prices were basically in the middle—not the cheapest, but not the most expensive.

Ever has done multiple projects at our property. He has shown a great deal of dedication to the quality of his work. He always comes back to us with the most reasonable prices. He is super communicative and I’ve never been blindsided by a hidden cost. He’s always been prompt in finishing within the time frame.
The work that he has done has been without incident, but when adjustments have been necessary he’s been very good about coming back as soon as he can and making changes until we are happy.
He’s great for folks with families, too. I have a five year old son who looks forward to seeing Ever. When Ever and his son come by they are careful to explain the work they are doing to him. They are very sensitive with kids and have made adjustments according to his napping schedule.
I’ve already recommended Ever to friends and family. We have him doing another project for us right now!

Ever is the best! I’m not kidding. Whenever I have had to call Ever to fix something for my rental property, he has sent guys out the next day. When the water heater went out, he went out that same day because he knew it was an emergency. Contractors don’t usually do that. Ever is very honest. I trust him.
The quality of his work is really good. He put in a cat door for our kittens—this plexiglass piece that is just lovely. I am so thrilled! He is honest—he shows up when he says he will, and completes the work in a timely manner. He’s a lovely person. And he is nice to talk to! I don’t have enough good things to say about him.
