I’ve hired Gail for two separate projects. Initially, I hired her to re-organize my pantry. It was a mess. I would wake up and be trying to look for things to make my kid’s lunch, and things would fall on my head. She reorganized everything. That was over a year ago and the system is totally maintainable. Gail is sensitive to your desires: I told her that I didn’t want something that looked like Pinterest, I just wanted something practical, and she did that.
For the second project, Gail worked with my teenage daughter who has ADHD. She helped her organize her bedroom, storage areas and bathroom. Gail was great at creating a system based on the unique way my daughter’s brain works. She organized her space in a way that 1, gave my daughter a sense of ownership, and 2, is not too complicated or detailed. She also made it really cute which is important for a teenager. My daughter likes the way her room looks now, which motivates her to keep it up. And she feels good about having her friends over.
Gail always runs everything by you—she gets your approval before buying things and handles any returns if something doesn’t work. I didn’t have to carve too much time out of my schedule while she was there. She properly disposes of everything you are getting rid of. She knows which charities will take what. She doesn’t like to make waste, and knows which things can be recycled.
Her prices are very fair. It was well worth it for me. She promotes her sliding scale because she’s very focused on equity. There’s also a lot of value in being more organized—for example, with my pantry, we don’t end up wasting so much food anymore because we can keep track of everything.
It’s been such a positive experience. Gail is so great!

I met Gail through a mom’s group. She first helped me move and then organized the kitchen in my new place. She was a godsend. Before I hired her I thought, “Do I really need this?" And at the end I thought, “Oh wow, I REALLY needed this!”
Gail totally changed my perspective. She took the space we were given and essentially turned it into more space. The kitchen didn’t have a pantry or anything, but she created something out of nothing. She set it up in such a way that it’s impossible not to maintain it. I’m not normally someone who keeps up with being organized, but it’s been a year now and it still looks the same. I’ve got a husband and a child, and everyone knows where everything is. My kid can get stuff for himself and it’s all very easy.
Gail comes in and changes your life. You need her!

Gail helped me purge, organize and reconceive the setup my tiny apartment, and make sense of my jumbled carport storage space. Her work is top notch. I feel happy and at home in my space for the first time in my life.
Gail doesn't organize, so much as she reenvisions. She is prompt, clear and so friendly and warm. She knows exactly how much can be done in one session. She was able to clearly set expectation and intention for each project, and nailed it each time.
Her rate sheet is the most equitable thing I've ever seen. A real thing of beauty. Whatever rate you qualify for, she's worth so much more. She clearly has worked so hard to be on her game, and she is just brilliant.

Gail completely reorganized both of my kid’s bedrooms. She is really skilled at what she does. She is an expert organizer that works very quickly and efficiently. Her suggestions were practical and adaptable based on our budget and our requests.
Both of my kids have autism, and Gail has a particular sensitivity and skill in working with families with neurodivergent kids. One of our children needs to have everything stored visually, and Gail really understood this and moved everything into clear bins. My daughter has a lot of collections, and Gail was good at doing the hard work of respecting what was important to her while also helping her make some hard choices of what to let go of. She managed to get through my 9-year-old’s room in a day and a half—I thought it would take a week! She made a point of wanting to meet the kids before she started the project so she could figure out how to communicate with them best. She engaged them in the process as much as possible to learn what was best for them and give them a sense of ownership. Her respect for the kids meant a lot to us.
Gail has a very warm and therapeutic presence. It’s really easy to be with her. You need that for the kind of work that she's doing. She’s also very cool, fun and hip, but she doesn’t impose her style on her clients—she wants to understand people’s own style.
Her communication is fantastic. At the end of each day she leaves piles of what we need to go through, what needs to be donated, and what could be repurposed. She gave us a manageable amount of tasks between appointments and a comprehensive email recap summing up everything that she had completed that day, along with a task list and hyperlinks of things to order with varying options and price ranges. if she has extras of anything she is willing to donate them to the project. She is easy to schedule and very flexible.
I love that she has a price scale and wants to make her services available to as many people as possible. I think that even the most expensive price point is very affordable for the quality of organizing that she offers.
We are going to have her back to organize our garage and play area as well.

I first worked with Gail for a few weeks last fall to organize my apartment. It had gotten really cluttered, and I was also preparing for a big life transition. Then I worked with her this spring to focus specifically on cleaning out and organizing my closet, which was a two-day project.
Gail is an excellent organizer. She meets you where you're at. She's very hands-on. She provides all kinds of additional resources — like where to buy sustainable cleaning products, where you can donate items that are usually tricky to donate, etc. And she's incredibly flexible. She's very clear about what the timeline for each project is upfront, so you can plan accordingly. She is very easy to reach and a thorough, friendly and direct communicator.
Her prices were reasonable, especially considering she buys things you may need and/or takes away items that need to be discarded.
I have enthusiastically recommended Gail’s services to several friends.

Gail transformed our garage from a constant source of disagreement into a functional, organized space that truly works for our family. She navigated my and my partner’s different needs with skill and patience, exceeding our expectations and making the entire process smooth and collaborative. Her commitment to detail was remarkable—she even made sure our extra items found the right homes, whether through recycling or donation. Flexible with our busy schedules and reasonably priced, Gail’s work has left a lasting impact. Our garage is still serving us beautifully today.

Gail saved my sanity. I was prepping for my second baby to arrive. We have a two-bedroom and we had to get one of the bedrooms ready for our daughters to share. Gail helped us prepare the room and wrap our heads around how we could fit everything in it.
She helped me organize the closet, which included sorting all the kid’s clothes by size and figuring out which things we’d use right away and which ones we’d use in the future. She helped me configure the room, too. With her help we set up a loft bed so that my eldest could have her own private space underneath the bed. Gail also helped us organize our multi-purpose family room area that was overflowing with crafts and games. She created a whole system for that, too, which included a zone for my eldest to access all her arts and crafts supplies, organized all the way down to the pipe cleaners and feathers. She created a cabinet for back stock. Everything was fit and clearly labelled.
The quality of her work is A+. She is so detail-oriented. It can be vulnerable to let someone into your home and organize your space, but she is very non-judgemental and excited to help! She’s very easy to get ahold of, too. Whenever there were style choices that needed to be made, it was really easy to communicate with her right away via text. She was up front with us about the schedule and broke down the work that would be completed each day. If anything, the process went quicker than I thought.
Gail wants to create systems that you can maintain. Aesthetics is a value for her too. She brings in both design and organizational elements, so not only is it organized, but it looks cute!
