I am always frightened of calling in the plumbers. Twice I’ve been asked for over $200 for an estimate where they spent less than 10 minutes at my house. Another plumber spent a little longer and asked for $5000+ to do the job. After reading about Fred Morrow’s company in N2N, I asked him. He sent two very fine men and the job was done efficiently and cleanly without fuss or any need for my involvement, for under $250. I am an old man and I move with difficulty. I was impressed by their dignity and kindness in making the whole exercise a pleasant one. Mike the main technician was a wonderful man to deal with. I will certainly call again if I need help, and not be frightened.

I found Fred Morrow in Neighbor2Neighbor and have used them on two separate occasions. The first time was to fix a leak outside. Stal came out and did a great job. I liked that he was personable and friendly and that the price was very reasonable. Then I had them back to install an instant hot-water heater under my sink. I appreciated that Fred Morrow was attentive to the needs of the job and sent out someone who was petite enough to work easily in the very tiny spaces of my older home. This workman completed the job quickly and saved us $250, compared to what another company had told us it would cost. I haven't needed any follow-up since. It's been a very pleasant experience both times. If anything comes up for me in the future, I'll definitely be calling them.

I needed to install copper piping throughout my house, and heard that Fred was great. Well, he not only replaced all of the pipes in my house with copper and figured out how to not knock down walls to do it, but he tuned up and fixed all of my fixtures for free. He made suggestions and also did many extra upgrades and fixes for free. He and his team are really good plumbers and are a joy to work with. Fred is the only plumber that I will call in the future.

Fred is simply the best plumber I have ever used, plus he’s the most honest and the most ethical, too. I'm just delighted with his professionalism and wouldn't call anyone else! A friend recommended him to me over ten years ago and I've been using him ever since. I only wish I had known about Fred sooner, it would have saved me a lot of money and a lot of aggravation. Fred doesn't waste time with long conversations or “sales pitches”. He knows exactly what you need and gets it done. He's also a terrific guy, which is why so many of his employees have been with him for years. I trust all of them completely. When my daughter bought a new house and needed to re-do the bathrooms, I told her “Call Fred!”. I have known Fred Morrow since 1975. He was the first plumber we called when we moved to the Valley and he has always been here for us. His work is exceptional! I never have to clean up after his guys. Even when they have been here a long time, I will tell them they don’t have to take the time to clean up, but they insist. Fred and all of his employees are so pleasant to talk with—just nice, professional people, including the office staff. They know me when I call and if Fred is not in the office at the time, someone gets back to me in minutes. Sometimes they send someone out to the house the same day I call. When they come to the house, even though I know who it is because their trucks are marked, they always identify themselves to me and are so respectful. I’ve recommended Fred Morrow Plumbing to friends who have been happy with them and called them back. His prices are great, almost the same as when we started with them 25 years ago. When he goes out to my son’s house on Mulholland, he charges him the same service call that he charges me.
One time in all these years we had an emergency and Fred couldn’t get here so I called someone else. I will never do that again! They were smelly and messy, left their mess all over in my house and charged me to walk from one bathroom to the next. Fred works weekends and holidays, and some of his employees have been with him for years. They all know what they are doing. I will not ever call anyone else!

Fred Morrow Plumbing has been working for us for 10+ years. We built our own house and the builder made a big mistake. He forgot to build the cleanout for the upstairs bathroom. Fred came and took care of the problem and we’ve been with him ever since. The money is always right where it is supposed to be. The bill never feels exorbitant. He found and repaired a leak under our brick and concrete driveway, without having to dig up the driveway. He also found a leak behind our shower wall and replaced the on and off valves with the latest equipment. They are all wonderful people to work with—a family owned and operated business. We have become personal friends. Even our adult son uses Fred’s company in the Porter Ranch area. Fred’s office staff and field staff are totally honest, lovely, warm and extremely friendly. They take good care of their customers and their staff. Without a question, they are extremely loyal, responsible and do fabulous work.

Fred Morrow has been our plumber for four years. He does an unusual job in that he gives options and choices. Before we purchase an appliance, I call Fred for advice. Then I go online to get model numbers. When I go to the appliance store, I call Fred and find out what he can get for me. His prices are always competitive or on the low side. We once had a party of 350+ people. I rented a fancy men and women’s bathroom, complete with wood floors, ceramic sinks, wallpaper and attendants. It cost hundreds of dollars to rent. The next time we had a large party, instead of renting this thing, I called Fred and asked that he have someone on his crew on call for ten hours. Fred came himself. He is a very unusual, honest guy, with a skillful and attentive crew. They give their ideas and opinions and order what I need. Fred really understands his business and is willing to tell you if you are about to do something dumb. I can’t say enough good things about Fred Morrow. I’m sure he’s blushing!
