I have four different apartment buildings and Bernie comes in all the time and works on them. He’s worked on my home, too. He’s very dependable and very experienced in many different areas: electrical, plumbing, everything else. He is able to take care of many of my problems. He has really smart thinking, which makes for a good contractor. He’s reliable and his prices are good. I’m very happy with him.

Hollywood Home Improvements has done many projects for me. Once, we had water leaks coming down a wall in the bedroom and then mold in our bathroom. It was really a mess. Bernie successfully remediated the mold and fixed the wall. Another time, we had some water damage at our bar and he lifted up the floor and repaired everything. He has also done some roof repairs for us. He redid one of our decks right down to the floorboards, too.
He’s very knowledgeable. I'm one of those very fussy people, and there have never been any problems with the projects he has worked on. I’ve been very happy with the quality of his work. He has always finished everything on time. Bernie respects the prices he quotes—there have never been any surprises. He’s even given me free advice! And his prices are worth it, because his work lasts.

We were having issues with the ceiling vent in our bathroom. Bernie came recommended to me by a few people. He installed a new vent and even went a step further by making it both a heating and cooling vent that draws the moisture out of the air. The quality of his work was absolutely excellent. I was so impressed by the whole procedure.
He is very professional and pleasant. And funny, too! His communication was very good. He was sensitive to our needs and wanted to make sure he was coming at a time that worked well for us.
My husband is a home inspector and Bernie answered all of his questions. My husband was very impressed with his work and how easy he was.
