I would highly recommend Ignacio to anyone. He does great work and he’s very punctual. He’s very clean, too. He doesn’t waste a lot of time. You tell him what you want, he gets the material, and before you know he’s done the work completely.
I like that Ignacio is so creative. I might see something one way and Ignacio comes with his own ideas about how it should look. I always take his advice. He has a portfolio of work he has done for other people. If I can’t picture what he thinks I should do, he has a photo he can show me.
He installed floor tiles in my bathroom and kitchen. I suggested the tile, and his ideas for my kitchen worked well so it would accent my cabinets and appliances.
I have referred him to clients. He did a magnificent job for an elderly woman.
I also admire that he is in school on Saturdays taking classes to improve his English. He is an all around great guy, not just in his work, but also in his demeanor. He is thoughtful, and honest. I highly recommend Ignacio.

We have a building with four apartments and most of the small jobs are done by Ignacio. He has done small plumbing jobs, painting, fixed doors and windows, repaired walls and has installed tiling for us. Ignacio is clean and has a good attitude. When he commits to an appointment with us, he will be there. He is not the cheapest and not the most expensive, right in the middle, but he is very efficient with his time, so he is worth it. And he goes above and beyond. At my own house he constructed a new deck for us. I have no complaints about Ignacio. I am very happy with him and his work!

Ignacio worked for me on a few projects. He put a roof over my porch, poured concrete in my backyard and fixed my bathroom. He is a very good worker. He schedules a time with me and comes when he says he will. At first I thought he might be a little expensive, but he is so efficient that he does the work quickly and so it turns out his prices are really good.

Ignacio has very high work ethics and is very dependable. He is organized and clean, not only on his person, but in his work environment. I appreciate that very much because I work from home and all dust is kept to the work area. I have done a number of projects with him, some basic, some complex, from painting to tiling. He has been good from the planning phase all the way through to the execution and follow up. Now I am living at ease in my house because of him.
Ignacio has worked in my house by himself, unsupervised he is totally trustworthy. He is reasonable with pricing. He is open to suggestions and changes, and whenever the customer doesn’t feel 100% sure about details, he is very attentive to that. He is a people pleaser. I have recommended him to a number of friends.
Ignacio is always willing to learn. He takes classes to speak better English, learn about electricity, A/C, etc. I admire the guy. He comes from a humble upbringing and he has accomplished quite a lot. He is taking advantage of classes to be a better person and a better contractor. He is that kind of guy—very smart.
I am very happy with his work. In fact I am waiting for him! I have a couple of projects I want to talk to him about to see if he can help me out.

“Nacho” does very good work. He has done projects around my house building a fence for me, installing a toilet and fixing under my house. He is dependable and honest. I like the quality of his work and he works fast.
