We just completed a second-story addition to our home and re-did all doors and windows as well as the exterior. Not only did Eran do all of the insulation work for the house, but really managed the entire project from start to finish. He came recommended to us by another contractor due to being very thorough, with strong attention to detail. At the outset, Eran was very honest and forthcoming. He was clear about what he could do and what we could expect for a given budget, was always there to answer our questions and provided us with lots of information.
It was a large, seven-month endeavor with a lot of potential for stress and Eran handled any issues that arose very smoothly. The workmanship was great and his management of the crew was admirable. They always came on time, were very professional and kept the job site clean. We’ve been very happy with the results. The quality is excellent, and the work was completed on time and on budget.
In terms of the level of management, Eran went above and beyond the call of duty. As an example, we were doing a deck above the first floor bedrooms, which would not be weatherized until later in the project. The deck was covered by a tarp, which blew away when a big storm ran through. There was flooding on the first floor. Eran came in himself the next morning at dawn (which was a Sunday), covered the deck, cleaned up, and took it upon himself to re-do the flooring, on the first floor, take out the insulation that had been put in and install it new. He took on the cost himself without question.
Eran makes himself 100% available to his clients and really works to understand their needs. In discussions with him, he was always receptive to our ideas and yet offered insightful comments and suggestions based on his experience. We felt we got to know him on a personal level over the course of the project and recommend him highly.

He did a full remodel of my house including installation of various items, and insulation work. The work was completed in November. Yes, he helped me on a couple additions after that and changes afterwards, like installing my tv, stuff he definitely did not have to do. He's been great. He always responds within a couple of hours and is able to get someone over to my house within a couple of days.
He was recommended to me by a friend who is a designer and is very particular herself. So I knew he would detail oriented and reliable, etc.
I would say his work is a 10 out of 10. Obviously, nothing is perfect in this life. What I like about the work and the quality of the work is he is very structured, detail oriented, and keeps integrity about the timeline. If even the smallest detail is out of place, he would redo it until it’s perfect, even without me asking. He always self-corrects the work and communicates with the guys he works with beautifully. You don't ever need to worry about it.
I’ve had issues with other people in my remodel. Eran just delivers on all facets I can’t be more positive about anyone I've worked with. And I’m very particular and I’ve done other remodels before. He definitely stands out. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and is very client focused and wants to make people happy. That’s why everybody loves him!

I love the crew! They are always very conscious of the home space. I love the cleaners! And he cleaned the whole house from top to bottom twice. He has a really great network of people that he works with.

He has a very fair price. And the work is so worth it!!! Except if I asked him to change something that is more expensive, everything stayed the same as what we had agreed. No surprises in the bid. He came out right on budget. No constructive criticism. Nothing in the least.

There are very few subcontractors whom we would highly refer, and Eran is definitely one of them. Every time we have a project with his company, we can be sure that things will run smoothly. He is very professional, always on time and finishes the job perfectly. He is highly organized, easy to get in touch with and is very responsive to all requests. He prepares the quotes right away, with all items clearly broken down.
His company is very sensitive to the timeline, with no service calls necessary. He respects the clients’ homes and makes sure to clean the property thoroughly when leaving a project. He follows back up afterwards to see that everyone is happy. Eran is extremely reliable and consistently delivers quality work. Most of all, he is such a good person! It’s only good words for Eran!

I was very impressed with Eran and his company! We just had our roof re-done this past April and were looking for someone to clean out our attic and install new insulation. Our roofer recommended Eran.
I did quite a bit of research leading up to the project and had obtained estimates from four or five different companies. Eran’s was neither the cheapest, nor the most expensive and we got a good feeling from him right away. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. I always ask a lot of questions when I am having work done at my house and Eran answered all of my queries completely. He was very receptive and was even willing to negotiate the pricing to work within our budget. He also put me in touch with previous clients.
While the work was being done, Eran was very hands on. He had spoken with me beforehand to give a breakdown of the whole process, so I felt confident about what was going on. He was here most of the day and was involved in setting up the space ahead of time to prevent dust from getting into the rest of the house. We were happy that we went with a smaller company. Eran and crew were great—completed the job professionally, efficiently and on schedule. They also cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend Eran and his company to anyone who needs this type of work done.

I was very happy with Eran and his work. I had a pretty severe situation because the attic in question was at my parent’s house. Their roofers had knocked a bunch of roofing material into the attic and then it sat around for years, so it was an awful mess. I was happy to find someone flexible who was willing to work with us, even though it was a bit off-menu. Eran was able to take care of the toxic debris and install new insulation. It was wonderful! The attic was really clean after that. I was impressed that they even left the pathway through the house cleaner than when they started.
Eran was very fair and above board. His pricing was straightforward and clearly broken down. I had gotten several bids for the job. Eran was priced right in the middle and he was also the first to get back to me. With Eran, I got the feeling that I didn’t have to worry about anything. I'll be hiring him again for additional work at my house.
