Landaverde’s Painting painted the exterior of our home in 2018. The same crew returned to repaint the trim in 2023, after 5 years of exposure to weathering elements. They were originally referred to us by a friend.
An initial estimate was given. Fredy (Landaverde) advised us that detailed prep work is the most time-consuming part of the job. Peeling or cracking paint needs to be sanded, & may expose underlying issues of water or termite damage, with the final decision to repair or paint over, left to us. It’s important to spend additional money & time to repair the underlying problems to avoid bigger ones in the future.
Paperwork included receipts for materials, & an itemized list of daily completed work hours for each crew member. There was a quick response to any questions or phone calls throughout the project.
Landaverde’s Painting’s quality of work, professionalism, honesty, & safety standards were evident during the entire project. We highly recommend them!la

Landaverde is really great. I have used Fredy for 20 years. He is very detailed. A lot of interior decorators use him because he is so good. Fredy is also very honest and has good people working for him. He is comparably priced to other painters and worth what he charges. He meets the timeline he gives me. Even his cleanup is immaculate! When he leaves the house it’s like he wasn’t even there! I can’t say enough about him.

I have used Fredy on more than one occasion. His prices are fair, he responds when you contact him, he is willing to work with you if you make changes. He came in person to see what the job entailed as opposed to just asking for measurements over the phone.
He and his crew showed up on time, made sure our floors were protected and were respectful of our space and personal belongings while they were working.
If there were any problems, Fredy took care of it.
He and his crew were always gracious and friendly and great with pets if that’s an issue. My dog loved them!

I found out about Fredy through a neighbor whose house including a new ADU he had painted. Fredy painted the exterior of my home, including the trim, the stucco, the porch. I had about five bids prior to him. Everyone was nice and seemed like viable choices, but I felt really comfortable with Fredy. He was sincere. His price was in the middle. My house is 70 years old and there were a lot of issues. Fredy said it was not a problem for him to do things that other painters refused to do, like the railing on my porch or fixing issues caused by previous contractors. He and his guys go the extra mile. Great cleanup daily also. Some neighbors came over after the job was done and said they were impressed with how great the house looked. That made me feel good. They also commented on how hard the team worked. I wish I had met him earlier—I wouldn’t have had to interview so many people! He did a wonderful job!

I have used Fredy now for over ten years. He painted the interior of my house, added crown molding, did patchwork in the house, and painted the exterior.
He is not inexpensive, but he is well worth the amount of money spent. He was referred by a friend whose house he has been painting for 12 years.
His crew is wonderful. I trust them so much that I will go to work and leave them in my house alone. He will also do small things I need such as mounting a TV on the wall. He’s very amenable.
The work quality of their work is second to none. He did my crown moulding a year ago. When he did more work on the house this year, he checked the moulding and saw it had settled with the house and there were some hairline cracks that I had not even seen. He came in and fixed the caulking at no charge. I love Fredy!
