The company’s service calls starts at $80 depending on the appliance brand and type. If you proceed with the repair, the service fee will be waived, and the repair can normally be completed on the first visit.

Lerman Appliances has come out to me twice over a period of eight years. They were referred to me by another neighbor and resolved a tricky problem at the time. I had a stacked washer and dryer with a very tight fit that made it almost impossible to get behind there. Lerman was great with this almost athletic feat and figured out how to make the repair without taking any walls down. Recently, I called them again with an issue caused by a different contractor. Lerman fixed the problem beautifully. They are prompt and clean and tell you what they are going to be doing. They gave me a great price. I’m pleased that I saw the same guy over that period of time. I’m totally positive about Lerman and sent them to my sister-in-law.

Lerman’s service is wonderful. They repaired everything I needed repaired with exception of something that required a licensed plumber. Ilya serviced my washer and dryer. He came a little early and he apologized for that. (Guys who come late never apologize and here he was apologizing for coming early!) I purchased a service and I knew there would be parts involved. The parts were maybe a little high I don't know. But what I got more than what I purchased was incredible customer service, and very careful work. Little things he did showed me how much he cared. For example, he had to take the casing off the washing machine and he took great care to carefully move furniture out of the way. When he removed the hose, a little water spilled on a part of the floor that you wouldn’t even see, but he wiped it up. He removed the hose from the dryer and was careful in carrying it out so lint would not fall in the house. He asked where ventilation that sends the exhaust outside is located. When he looked, he discovered something that could cause serious problems in my home. He told me I needed to get a handyman to fix it and then he told me exactly what to tell the handyman so it would rectify the problem. Finally the dial on my washing machine was broken so Ilya went on his phone and gave me the part numbers, and the website where I could look at and purchase the parts myself. I never would have expected that kind of service. Very Caring! The service was so good that when Ilya left, I called the office and told them not only what I felt about the company, but also about the person who worked on the job! I was treated more like a family member than a customer.

I used Lerman Appliances to fix my refrigerator a little over a year ago. It was very easy to speak with them on the phone and they sent out a tech the next morning. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Fortunately, he also had the part on hand and installed it right away. It took a total of half an hour from start to finish. It was great, it worked and I never had an issue with it. I recommended them to a friend of mine and never heard back so assume all went well. Would definitely use them again.

I have used other appliance repair services in the past and have chosen to stick with Lerman because they’re very reliable and honest. I first started using Lerman Appliances a number of years ago when I had issues with an old dryer and have also used them to repair my refrigerator and dishwasher. Lerman runs totally opposite the norm in terms of some appliance repair services I have used in the past because they are an extremely honest, accommodating, family run operation that has competitive prices and phenomenal service. They take care of their customers beautifully throughout the whole repair process, clean up thoroughly after finishing their work and never try to gouge you with unnecessary repairs or inferior aftermarket parts. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they come on time and call you before they show up just to check in. I have passed out their business cards to my family, friends and neighbors in my high rise building and everyone I have spoken with has been very happy with them. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

We’ve been working with Lerman Appliances for about a year and a half to two years. They’ve repaired our washer and dryer, old Viking stove, refrigerator and freezer. They’ve been phenomenal. They are always straightforward, come on time and leave everything clean. They tell me what should be fixed and what shouldn’t be fixed. They definitely know what they are doing. There’s a father and two brothers. They’ve all made service calls at our house and delivered outstanding caliber work. The people at Lerman are the utmost professionals. They are incredibly honest and explain everything carefully so any layperson could understand. I work in the restaurant business and deal with all kinds of contractors. There’s a lot of shysters out there. With Lerman, I’ve never once questioned the bill and even trust them to be there when I’m not home.
