My contractor hired Julio from Majestic Painting when we did construction on our house many years ago. Over the last several years, Julio has come back several times to do touch ups. He is always very thorough, clean and detail oriented. He has also performed some paint work at my office. I have never had a problem with Julio and I highly recommend him.

My father-in-law is a contractor and had used Julio on a job. That client was impressed and so when we needed our house painted, my father-in-law passed Julio’s number on to us. Julio did a great job with our house, too. His pricing was very reasonable. And I liked that he was very thorough. Our house hadn’t been painted in many years and the crew spent a lot of time doing prep—scraping and sanding and filling cracks. We had to split up the job because there were a few things that had to be finished before he could paint, such as replacing doors. It was no problem to Julio and he came back when we were ready to finish everything.I have no complaints. I would use him again and I would recommend him.

It wasn’t the least expensive of the contractors that I looked for, but his crew was impeccable, on time. He took care of the inside and outside of our house, as well as our cabinets and all the different rooms. The quality of work was fantastic. Julio is fantastic! I have used him multiple times and it’s all been positive, positive, positive. I originally found him through Neighbor2Neighbor. Julio is extremely thorough and at the same time finishes promptly. The crew is great, too. They’re careful, considerate and the level of customer service is excellent. Julio comes when he promises, gets back to you right away and is very obliging. He’ll get all the paint matched for you, purchase just the right quantities and guide the project to meet your needs. He offers an extremely good value for the money. I can't think of any criticisms. I have even had good comments from neighbors about this crew, how quiet and polite they are. Julio painted the exterior of our house last summer. He did such a wonderful job that we invited him back to do two interior rooms. His prep work is extremely thorough. Because of this, we know his paint job will last much longer. Julio loves what he does and it really shows. It’s inspiring to see people care about their work and to do it so beautifully! I have nothing but positive things to say about Julio Quintanilla and his work. He painted the stucco, eaves and trim on the exterior of my entire house—most of which was long overdue. It was an enormous job. He power-washed the house, patched the stucco where needed, scraped and sanded the wood trim thoroughly—to the wood where possible—and always removed (and afterwards, replaced) any hardware that was in the way of the paint job. I felt that Julio and his team painted with meticulous care—as if they were each painting their own house. They even sanded and patched some very weather-beaten doors and then primed and painted them—more work than I requested and for no extra charge. I felt that he just wanted the whole house to look perfect when his work was completed. His price was more than fair and reasonable, and I honestly felt I got more for my money than I ever expected. He simply exceeded my expectations every step of the way. If I ever need anything painted again (like my home interior), he will be my first call—and, whenever I am asked to recommend a painter, he is my first and only recommendation.
