We have worked with Phil Berry for many years. It is a pleasure to deal with him. He has painted the entire outside and inside of our home, including recently when we had to redo floors. Phil and his guys are top notch: super conscientious, punctual, clean and neat. His pricing is reasonable. He has a great eye and really cares about what he does.
Phil spent a lot of time with us talking about the colors for everything from the walls and molding inside to the eaves matching the outside walls. We can’t say enough good things about him and the quality of his work. We wish there were more craftsmen like Phil. He is the exception.

Phil has been working for me for at least 15 years. Once you hire him, you will never use anyone else. I am a realtor and I have a list of people I recommend. It’s hard to get on that list. Phil is amazing. He does fabulous work, he’s not expensive and he is thorough. When other things come up when he is on the job, he just takes care of it. He’s one of those guys. My dogs even love him.

What hasn’t Phil done for me?! We started out hiring him to paint a couple of our interior rooms. I was so pleased with the way we worked together that I ended up hiring him to paint the exterior of our home as well.
The quality of his work is exceptional. I met him through an interior designer and you can tell he has worked with professionals. He understands the demanding nature of that type of work. Our house was built in the 1940’s and he has experience with restoration. He knew some heavy rains were coming, so he helped us identify some issues with the house and prepared it for the weather!
His prices are completely fair. He doesn’t upcharge me. He is communicative, and really good with texting.
He has a great team, too. The people that work for him have been with him for a tremendously long time. I have no issues with giving Phil the keys to my house. I trust him.

Phil does work on my boss’s home in Brentwood. He has painted the house inside and out multiple times. He does a really great job. His painting is excellent and his wall treatments are excellent. We mostly communicate through text, and he is good at getting back to me. His prices are very reasonable. He’s always been great for us.

Phil has done a lot of work for me. I inherited a property from my father, and it needed some work done before I could rent it out. Phil did a beautiful job of painting it inside and out. Before he painted it, he and his crew also helped me move all my dad’s furniture out of the house. It was bittersweet moving my dad’s things out of his house, and he was so caring. He made it all so easy. He is so good at dealing with the personal situations like that.
Since that time, he has helped me maintain the property. When tenants move out, he does touch ups. He is very knowledgeable. He is mindful of not making things too expensive. He’s very easy to work with.
