Rene is a wonderful gentleman. His workers are very nice and trustworthy. They are very good about problem solving.
Whatever you need, whether it’s a big or small job, they are there. At one point, we had an issue where the sun was beating down on our balcony too much and the shades weren’t helping. They decided to add some wood which gave us a lot more shade. Our house has some beams which started to rot during the rains, and Rene and his team fixed all five of them. They built us a gate, too, and helped us decide on which colors would look best. They also helped my sister fix her bathroom.
They are good with offering choices and doing things based on your preference. They do a really good job. They are not the highest or the lowest priced. The quality of Rene’s work is great so it’s worth it to get the job done right. I highly recommend Rene and his team.

I first hired Rene in 2006. He has done room additions, re-decking, roofings, exerior home paintings—you name it. His prices are very reasonable. He responds within a reasonable time frame. He is warm and welcoming. He prioritizes cleanliness. What is most important to me is his attention to detail and safety. Rene is better than any other contractor I have worked with.

We are just finishing up on a bathroom renovation with R&S. The quality of Rene's work is excellent. He pays attention to detail. I am very particular, and he is patient with me.
Rene and his team are very conscientious. They are respectful about being in your house and cleaning up when they are finished. They show up on time and they do what they say they will. If I have any questions, Rene is always available. He is great with communication—we were completely informed throughout the project. I feel very comfortable with him.
There are a lot of people out there who do overpriced work, but Rene isn't one of them. We are planning on having him back to do our second bathroom, too.
