I hired Roof Repair Specialists to do a whole new roof for my house and garage. They also replaced all the damage underneath the wood and removed a fake chimney from our house. The quality of their work was awesome.
The guys cleaned up each day before they left. They finished the project right on queue. A lot of roofing companies have just one brand of materials they use, but Roof Repair had lots of different options with a variety of prices. The cost was very reasonable. They are really good at communicating and following up: right after they finished, we had a wind storm and they called us the following week to make sure that everything was okay.

Roof Repair Specialist replaced our entire roof. The quality of their work was excellent, as were the materials they used. The project was completed ahead of schedule. They were very customer focused, providing me with pictures and videos of the progress, along with daily explanations of what was going on. The on site supervisor (Chucky), the office staff, the sales manager (Areg) and all the other folks that I spoke to were excellent. The pricing was fair. It was a bit more than another estimate, but the materials used and the warranty made it worth it. They met all my expectations, were responsive to any questions or concerns I raised and were both professional and knowledgeable, and also pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

From the initial consult at my home, there was a transparency in pricing for the materials they used. The pricing was competitive, and the roof came with a warranty.
They were communicative about the timeline, which was important to me because I work from home. They told us how long everything would take, and it was spot on. They were a machine: they had teams show up to do different parts of the work. They shared every detail with us about who would be working that day and the work they would be doing. They were very careful with the house and cleaned up afterwards.

Roof Repair Specialist was great. One thing I really liked about them was the thoroughness of the communication and . Areg Ohanian, their rep, was really great and helpful. At the beginning of the project, he explained all the details of what the job would entail. Throughout the process, everything was explained to us before the workers started anything. Every day, they made sure the site was left clean. Areg also did a final inspection at the end which was also great.
Roof Repair is a really good company. We got some other bids and found them to be a little more expensive, but the quality of the end product was great. I have no criticism. We are really happy with our new roof.
