Adam and his team set up an in-home network for my wife and I. We work from home and it's important to have a reliable system in place beyond the standard setup.
Adam was very responsive from the start. Our first phone conversation turned into a consult and since I wasn't at home at the time, he looked up photos of our house online and we built a game plan right away. Afterwards, everything was very collaborative. He always gave me many options for hardware in terms of length, speed, and price.
On installation day, a four-man team lead by Adam showed up and worked all day until the job was done. They installed a powerful network system and wired it to every room in the house. When we couldn't run the HDMI cable through the brick chimney, they adapted quickly and installed a wall plate that looked great.
They also took the new network and coded it to all my existing devices so my wife and I didn't have to spend time re-entering our passwords.
I would recommend Total Home Wifi again in a heartbeat.

Total Home WiFi has worked on two houses for me now. They have fixed all the networking with fiber optics, got wifi working throughout the houses, even on a third story rooftop, installed security systems, hung TV's, put together media boxes, installed Sonos home audio systems, essentially every technological thing you can imagine. Contractors can be disrespectful, but Adam and Chris are great. I like to hang out with them. I used to work with another A/V guy, and so I know their pricing is very fair. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive, very fair. I have no gripes with them. They are a joy to be around.

Total Home WiFi was recommended to me by my architect during construction of my home. I hired them to install speakers throughout the property, handle all WiFi details, and install a Sonos soundbar. Adam even helped me pick out the TV that I purchased for the house. I’m very happy with their service. I was moving back into a home I had been renting for a few years and contacted Total Home WiFi to help me deal with a number of things. The WiFi was not great at the house, and I wanted to install a TV and figure out the speaker system that had never worked. I was going to hire a guy I had used previously to set up the TV, but Adam and Chris do everything I needed, and more. They’re a one-stop shop for all things tech.
I’m so glad I went with them. I loved their confidence. Adam and Chris are kind of tech geeks, in a good way, so they get really excited about all the possibilities. But they also respected the fact that I was on a budget. I know my project was much smaller than others they were working on, but I never felt like they treated me any differently from their other clients.
Even when I first called them, I wasn’t sure I was going to do the job, but I wanted to know my options. They sent me an estimate that seemed too high for me, so they helped me find ways to pare it down. They would explain to me what my experience would be like with each option and helped me prioritize so I could stay within my budget. They are so knowledgeable about sound systems and much of what they suggested came from their personal experience. They would say “Here is what I did or what I wish I could have done.”
They helped me find a good amp, rewired the speakers, and figured out a bunch of random wires that I didn’t know what they connected to. And I now have great sound, strong WiFi and a TV in the house.
Their enthusiasm is great—they were as excited as I was to get things going! We will stay in touch about next steps for when I am ready to do more.

Total Home WiFi did a series of jobs on our house, from wiring speakers and purchasing and installing smart TVs to wiring our two-story, signal-challenging house for internet. They do fantastic work. We were working with other contractors who were sometimes not easy to communicate with, but Adam and his crew always made everything work. Total Home WiFi were never the "Why can't you do this?" people. Everything they did was professional, smart and thorough. Even when they installed the doorbells we thought we would have to hire someone to patch and paint where they had drilled, but they did all that without us asking! They are so thoughtful. Their pricing is reasonable, not super low and not high. I would work them again in a heartbeat.

I hired Total Home WiFi to overhaul my home network and install a Sonos system. I’m adept with technology and did my research to find the right company. I was quite surprised that there aren’t more third-party companies doing this. The hardware provided by cable/internet service companies is pretty dreadful and most customers just learn to live with the constant lag and drop-outs. We couldn’t stream a movie without getting the spinning circle of lag at least four times. Adam brought an electrical sub-contractor who installed hard-wired wifi relay ports. We live in an architectural house and tend to worry when anyone is cutting holes in our walls but Adam’s electrician respected the integrity of the home while upgrading the wiring to meet modern needs. He installed relay points on both floors and hardwired the TV directly to the modem. Adam then installed the Sonos system. He even helped me update and streamline my cable and internet service with Spectrum. Since completion of the job we have experienced no more data lag and the wifi service has never faltered, even when our kids are home from college with their laptops and other devices. We are getting very fast, robust service now throughout the house and the wifi is no longer a bottleneck. Frankly, I don’t understand why more people aren’t doing upgrades like this in their homes. Their prices are fair, given the quality of the work and its lasting impact in turbo-charging every aspect of our data delivery system for music, streaming media and internet access. I have recommended Total Home WiFi to others including an architect who has used his company as sub-contractors for work of this nature in new or renovated buildings. Adam and Chris' work is absolutely rock solid.

We are architects, and we hired Total Home WiFi to worked on our own house. As architects we have used various consultants to do low voltage and WiFi for our clients, but I had heard from other architects that Total Home WiFi are the ones to use. I called Adam and he was immediately able to troubleshoot through my problems, and give solutions and cost and timing on the spot. It was all very straight-forward. I gave him the go-ahead and they ordered the equipment. When everything came in, they promptly scheduled an installation. They showed up when they said they would, with a full crew, and rewired the whole house. They got me from a very frustrating situation to a really happy situation in a matter of a couple of hours. I got a verbal estimate on initial contact and received an invoice several days after the installation when they asked if everything was satisfactory. The invoice was within dollars of what they had estimated! That accuracy in estimating is important especially when recommending them to clients. That was a month ago and I haven't had any problems. I can’t wait to use them for our clients’ projects.

Total Home WiFi upgraded our internet wiring, making it faster, stronger and more reliable. We are a music publishing company and we can't afford to have the internet go down or drop speed. The quality of their work is great; I've recommended them to anyone I know who has had problems with internet. They finished the job in one day. It took one previous visit to make the plan. They gave us a quote for a security camera upgrade, too, and we will be hiring them to do that. They are super communicative. They always email back within a couple hours. Their price is worth it. Our whole entire company operates off the Internet. It is vital since we are a satellite office. Total Home WiFi is a very lovely company: so professional on line and so personable in person.

We purchased a home and it was not wired for internet—it didn’t have any ethernet ports. Adam and Chris came over and gave an assessment and let me know they could wire for exterior security cameras, too. They gave me options and sent me a quote. It only took two days for them to do the work. They came in with a crew who crawled up in the attic and wired the whole place with ethernet and wiring for the outdoor security cameras. They provided us with a modem, the recording equipment for the cameras, and an app on my phone to see the security camera feeds. When I had a small technical hiccup, they offered me free equipment to bypass the problem (which was quickly resolved). They are definitely worth the price, especially for everything they did. They’re nice guys and did a good job.
