Beverly Hills House & Window Cleaning seems to have brought to fulfillment the good work of Luis Gonzales, who died during the past year after having done a fine job of cleaning our windows for several years. The company is excellent in every regard and I recommend them highly. We like to have our windows cleaned every year before Passover, and Nelson just completed that job today, doing a beautiful job with the efficiency and care that normally require two people. I have been very pleased with the company's professionalism at every stage: Suzanne on the phone, Mario doing an estimate ahead, and finally Nelson doing the job itself. The cost was reasonable and I got a discount for referring to Neighbor2Neighbor. I have a cleaning lady but if I needed additional or replacement cleaning help in the house I would certainly now turn to this company.

I’ve been using his company for many years. I have found them to be extremely reliable. They do a very good job. The quality of their work is five stars. If anything isn’t done right, there is no question as to making it right. They're not the cheapest show in town, but I’ve tried other people thinking I could save money and I was not happy. Twice a year, I set up an appointment with Beverly Hills House and Window to clean my windows both inside and out. I appreciated the attention spent on the window sills and screens. Everything sparkled. I also used this service for an entire house cleaning at a home I manage. Arnie sent responsible, polite workers who were thorough and met my expectations. When I moved, they did the initial fantastic cleanup after 8 months of construction on my home. The team did a great job. I’m extremely happy with them. Arnie runs a good, reliable business. I have a company that manages multiple homes fractionally. We have multiple part time clients that we do estate management for. I’ve been using Arnie and his company for over a decade and they have always been so nice. I interact with them monthly, and I can’t say enough good things about them. I really trust them.
They are so good that they are always so busy! Every now and then, if I need something important done right away, they will squeeze me in immediately. The office is great at communicating.
I know that I can trust Arnie and his crew in my clients' houses. They take stress off of my plate. They are not the cheapest, but it's worth it because of how professional and trustworthy they are.

It’s been at least seven years that I’ve worked with West Valley House & Window Cleaning. They come every couple of months to do all the windows inside and out as well as a huge skylight. It is a large home, three levels and a loft, so the guys have to literally hang off the roof to get their work done. I highly, highly recommend them. They come when they say they will, they are very personable and the workers are very respectful of the space. There are definitely core people who have been there a long time, which I like. That said, I have worked with several different crews and they all uphold the same standard of quality. We’ve never had any accidents. Nothing’s ever been broken or stolen. I really like these guys. They go above and beyond for their clients. We’ve been very pleased with their work.

West Valley House and Window Cleaning has been working for me about 10 years at both of my homes. One is at the beach and they do all my windows for that house. At the other, they’ve done amazing work on my tiles. Truly incredible. I’ve also used them a number of times for deep cleaning after construction projects. Arnie’s company is really really really really great. I love them! It’s invaluable to be able to trust someone to stay in the home with their crew and not have to worry about it at all. Arnie’s amazing. Their staff is amazing and the scheduling is great. I’ve used them for windows and pre- and post- move cleans and have been working with them since 2008. A lot of the staff has stayed with them since then. I’ve tried other companies over the years to do my due diligence, but WVHWC is the one I always come back to.
What’s really great is that Mario, kind of a supervisor, comes without fail for the last hour or hour-and-a-half of a job and does a real check-over making sure everything is done correctly. It’s so nice to have a new pair of eyes on the situation. They are extremely thorough. I love that I can trust them so completely, even if I have to leave before they finish a job.
